The Welding School of Sokolovská uhelná, based in Vřesová, provides a wide range of training and examinations and is the only authorised training centre for international welders in the Karlovy Vary Region.
In addition to direct training courses and periodic or supplementary examinations, the school also provides advice on the selection of suitable welding courses, solving problems in the field of welding, mediation of expert opinions including defectoscopic evaluation, carrying out macroscopic examinations and other professional activities. It also performs welding of cast iron, aluminium, stainless materials, etc.
